The AML-3 is a versatile multi-sensor oceanographic instrument equipped with 3 independent sensor ports, offering three communication types: Real-Time Streaming (RTS), Logger (LGR), and Dual-Function (XC). This platform employs AML's innovative modular approach, allowing sensor payloads to be field-changed based on project requirements, making it suitable for a variety of monitoring scenarios.

Incorporating the X2change™ interchangeable sensor series, the AML-3 enables flexible configuration of over 20 parameters including conductivity, sound velocity, turbidity, depth/pressure, dissolved oxygen, and chlorophyll. Each X2change sensor head contains independent embedded calibration data and can be interchanged between instruments without requiring recalibration, providing users with unprecedented operational flexibility and measurement accuracy.
