The NOVATECH series is a professional deep-sea satellite positioning beacon product line launched by MetOcean Telematics in Canada. Based on over 40 years of ocean technology accumulation, it provides a complete iridium satellite two-way communication tracking solution. This series of products adopts titanium alloy and hard anodized aluminum shell, with a pressure resistance depth covering 7300 meters to 7500 meters. It is designed for long-term underwater deployment and can provide near real-time asset location information worldwide.
The NOVATECH series includes core products such as iBCN series Iridium beacon and IR-7300 Iridium warning beacon. All beacons support automatic activation mechanism and can be equipped with remote probes and various battery configurations to meet the asset monitoring and recycling needs of different fields such as scientific research and business.
Based on Iridium 9602/9603 short burst data transceiver, it supports bidirectional communication and remote configuration.
Provide near real-time GPS positioning information and support global communication.
Supports two activation methods: conductive induction (automatic activation on water surface) and pressure switch (10 meter threshold switch).
Underwater automatically enters low-power sleep mode, significantly extending battery life.
The main body is made of titanium alloy (Grade 2/5) or hard anodized aluminum shell.
The depth rating can reach up to 7500 meters, suitable for all sea depth operation environments.
